Mr.Yoshio Hagiwara

Born 1956.

After graduated high school, he entered a guitar manufacturing company. He has learned about manufacturing guitars for 6 years, temporarily transferred to the guitar factory in Taiwan and became an assembly coacher. After he came back to Japan, he gained experience about repair and maintenance for high-grade string instruments in the famous repair shops and re-started to manufacture guitars. When he was 33 years old, he established the guitar manufacturing and sales company with some friends, but he closed the business after 2 years. After that, he was appreciated his experience, entered Fujigen corporation and visited to the Mexico Factory of Fender USA as visiting worker. After the mission, via coating, assembly, material management processes, and now he works in final inspection lines.

Guitars have made him keep on working though he had so many hard experiences until today. After closed his own business, he experienced the disappointment and has been troubled with difficulties for repair. He always checks every parts and sounds for each guitars. With his long experiences, he can repair against each problem of guitars, for example, coating, electrical problems, fretting, accurate assembles and so on. As you know, final inspection is the final process of manufacturing guitars, that is, the most closely related to the customers.

"For craftsmen who manufacture guitars, it's necessity for them to learn and study about high abilities and technologies and polish their own sensibilities."

He says, "We always work for customers. That is, the most important thing is to care customer service all the time."
